We're supplying our best-selling Elements stairparts to 13 apartment blocks at Siddington Park Village, the latest luxury retirement development in the Cotswolds. This stunning development was designed with the Cotswold vernacular in mind, but with a modern twist.
Our Technical Team worked in conjunction with the Architectural Team at Rangeford Villages. Due to the varying number of staircase pitches involved we produced bespoke pre-drilled handrail and baserail to accommodate each staircase. You can get in touch with our Technical Team to see how we can help you and your project.
Elements stairparts were also selected as they are simple and quick to install, saving copious amounts of time when installing on site. The innovative predrilled handrail and baserail allows for a seamless installation as the balusters quickly slot into place. A matching wall mounted handrail was also installed around the perimeter of the staircases for added safety with corresponding black wall brackets.
Leigh Sperring, Technical & Joinery Sales Manager for Richard Burbidge said: “We are thrilled our Elements stairparts have been chosen for is exceptional development. We worked for many months with the Architectural Team to find a solution that worked across the entire development. Due to the varying number of staircase pitches involved we even produced bespoke pre drilled handrail and baserail to accommodate each staircase.”
“The easy-to-fit design helps save installation time on site and making the product an ideal choice for contractors. Prior to call off our Technical Team visited site to survey each staircase and produce working CAD drawings to assist product sign off and installation.
