Our decking accessories collections are also audited every year to strict standards by The Timber Decking & Cladding Association (TDCA), an independent, not-for-profit, technical and advisory organisation established to provide guidance on the selection, specification and use of timber for the construction of quality decking.

Richard Burbidge decking accessories also carry the TDCA’s DeckMark® Plus certification; a true sign of quality assurance.

Delivery to your Branch

Deliveries will be made within 5 working days for orders placed by 5pm. We offer free delivery for orders over £200 or more. Orders under £200 are subject to a £25 delivery fee.

Direct to Customer Delivery

Deliveries will be made within 5 working days for orders placed by 5pm. Orders are delivered directly to your customer, and are subject to a £25 delivery fee.

Direct to Site Delivery

Deliveries will be made within 5 working days for orders placed by 5pm. Orders are delivered to a site address, and are subject to a £25 delivery fee.* 

Named Day Deliveries

For urgent deliveries we offer a named day delivery service, the fee is based on the weight and the cost is calculated on an order by order basis, price on application for this service. For orders placed by 3pm orders can be received as early as the following day.

Ireland, Channel Islands & Restricted Areas

Orders to these locations are looked at on an order by order basis by our sales team, and are excluded from named day delivery services.

Returns must be made within 28 days and will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% or £35, whichever value is greater. Open packs cannot be returned for credit. Contact our customer services team on order@richardburbidge.co.uk or call 01691 678300 for returns.
